◆Perfect management system

　　 The company strictly complied with the modern enterprise management system, and established the perfect quality management system. It has been accredited to ISO9001 Quality system approval by DET NORSKE VERITAS (DNV) in the May of 1998 and the Certificate NO is 3370-1998; and also it has licensed API 6D approval and API 600 approval by American Petroleum Institute respectively in the December of 1999& the November of 2003 and the Certificates NO respectively are 6D 0335 and 600－0011. It is the first domestic company ever awarded API 600 approval.

◆Abundant technology

　 The company has attached great importance to the introduction and education for the scientific and technical staffs. Among them, chief engineer Mr.Qiu Xiaolai, who was the vice-director of valve department of General Machinery Research Institute of the Machinery Ministry, is a scholarship leader of crossing century in Zhejiang Province and has been awarded the honorable title of middle-aged and youth expert with outstanding contribution in Zhejiang Province. It has 318 staffs, among which we have 65 engineers. We also have set up education training center for training staffs and the management personal in the company for a long time in order to increasingly improve the overall morality and the level of the business, which have laid a solid foundation for the technological innovation of the Enterprise.

◆Scientific Information administration

      Chaoda Company is in the front rank of the enterprise informational system. It has more than ten years in the history of developing the CAD(Computer Assistant Design), and fully applying CAAPP(Computer Assistant Arts and Crafts). Eighty computers in the information building have already Internalized, and also through the ERP system to manage the computers and limits, to share resource, to renewable the equipments. The lathe in the new industrial zone have already been in distribution of internalize and in the processing of computer control system.

      In 2002, our company had been credited as the informational project demonstration company in the field of manufacture in Zhejiang Province. It invested three million two hundred thousand RMB, and meanwhile took responsibility for the informational project on the base of the WEB supporting the PDM system in innovating the products and it was applied in the valve manufacture. This project will ulteriorly have to improve the capacity of innovation in the technology and the level of enterprise management so that to adapt to the furious market competition in the global economy.
